Scheduling
Our goal is to provide exceptional care to all those who choose us to meet their dental needs. We want to effectively serve as many patients as possible. In order to do so we schedule 1hour appointments to meet the needs of as many patients as possible per day. This enables more patients to receive their needed care. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you to see the dentist or hygienist. To remain efficient we ask our patients to be on time. Any patient who is more than 5 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. If a patient misses or “no shows” 2 appointments they will be dismissed from our practice. We have many patients who are willing and want to have their dental needs met and are willing and happy to take that spot. If a patient needs to cancel their appointment 24 hours notice is required. This gives us time to fill that vacancy.
